St Joseph's is a one-form entry primary school for boys and girls aged five to 11 years. It is a Voluntary aided Roman Catholic School, within the Roman Catholic Diocese of Portsmouth. The school principally serves the RC parishes of Christchurch, Highcliffe and New Milton. The present school building was completed in 1963 and is housed in a one-storey building set in spacious grounds. Recent developments have seen a computer suite and an extra classroom being built. There is a wide range of extra-curricular activities available in school such as: football, netball, rugby, cross-country, rounders and tennis.
