Background:
The School was first opened in 1872 adjacent to St George's Church. This modern school is thus well equipped to cater for the educational requirements of children in its care. The school has recently undergone a building programme that has created a computer suite and a new larger hall. In addition to these facilities, the school also has a learner swimming pool, playground equipment, a playing field and a nature conservation area.
